I've added the original Season 5 opening sequence to show the accuracy of the comparison, this goes from the starring text all to smoothing out Rose McGowan's name clip (in the original the slow motion is choppy, in my version, it's ridiculously smooth). This is my remaster of Season 5! I've kept it as original as possible and recreated the beginning, Charmed Logo and Starring Scene to make it 16:9 true HD as opposed to CBS and Syfy's cropped version! Remember, hardly any of the clips in this are cropped to 16:9, they have been upscaled and edited to be as true to 16:9 as I possibly can without distorting the video. This is ONE MAN'S WORK with VERY LIMITED RESOURCES compared to an ENTIRE PRODUCTION COMPANY AND EDITING TEAM WITH the RAW FILES. ------------ Charmed has finally been remastered into HD! The first 10 episodes have been commissioned to air on the Syfy network. I noticed their remaster of the opening credits its ridiculously sloppy, everything from the scritte to the text effects. I have remastered every season's opening credits and to be honest (besides a few scenes) I feel as if my version is better (since I did it from scratch and CBS had an entire production team and the raw files). Please let me know what you think! I used How Soon is Now instead of the new Region 2 Netflix DVD theme to add authenticity because if CBS were smart enough, they would renew the license for the theme since it was such a huge part of Charmed (they're already spending how much money on the remaster so a license renewal would be smart.)
