Distance between Orchha to Panna is 200 km, After spending 2 days in Orchha we proceeded towards Panna and then travelled to Khajuraho. This Video was shot on 31st oct 2022, Below are the activities we did on this day. We started our day with breakfast at Mahua hill view homestay which is developed by Madhya Pradesh tourism. Mahua hill view homestay is located at 6 km distance from Orchha village, you need your own conveyance to reach this homestay. The tariff is Rs 2000 for double occupancy only for stay, food not included. This place is at Village side and we had some local food here. Thadula Poori Sahjan Ka Paratha Sahjan Leaf Juice After having breakfast we also visited any Homestay name Sheelta Green and Preeti Green Homestay which was about 1 km away from Mahua hill view homestay, If i compare Mahua hill homestay with the other one- i find Mahua hill homestay to be better. The tariff of this homestay was between Rs 2000 and Rs 2500 which includes breakfast and one time meal too. The Royal Chhatris - There are fifteen Royal Chhatris or memorials to the rulers of Orchha. These Chhatris are near Kanchana Ghat of the river Evening lighting at these Chhatris is good not to be missed. There are the 17th and 18th centuries beautiful cenotaphs of the rulers of Orchha. This is one of the famous tourist attraction points. Visiting Hours - 9 am to 6 pm Tourists also used to go boating at Betwa River. And when the water level is good then Madhya Pradesh Tourism hotels also offer Rafting activities too. Raj Boat Club: Boating Ticket - Rs 100 per person Shree Ram Art & Craft - This is one of the old and local handicraft shops here. They have a huge collection of old artifacts which are generally used to see in museums. Tourists come and buy these old artifacts from this shop too. Sharma Dhaba & Family - Thai restaurant is situated on Highway. They serve decent food. We had lunch here. Kadai Paneer - Rs 170 Dal Tadka - Rs 100 Baingan Bharta - Rs 100 Timing: 8 am to 1 am After having lunch we went to Panna and decided to come back to Khajuraho afte spending 2 days at Panna. In the evening we reached Hotel Shanvi Landmark Resort, Panna. Tariff: Rs. 3000 plus tax for double occupancy. This hotel is located at distance of 20 km from Tiger reserve, Madla gate is the main gate for Jungle safari. We left our luggage at the hotel and went for dinner at Agra Mohalla, Panna. Here we had Bundeli Thali which cost around Rs 300 per person.
