 10 must refreshing mocktails for summer to beat the heat

 

Summers are here and the days are considerably warm with temperatures coming to as high as 45 degrees Celsius. At the point when the warmth is so high, the body needs something to chill it off, and what could be better than some homemade cool mocktails. 

Here are 10 mocktails for you to try this summer. These are quick and simple to make, so you don't need to invest a great deal of energy in the kitchen on those hot summer days. 

  1. Aam Panna - Aam Panna, one of the most loved summer drink of many Indians made by the mash of green mangoes mixed with sugar or jaggery, and dark salt with some broiled cumin powder. Serve cold. 

  1. Falooda - Take 1 cup water add 1tbsp of sabja seeds (falooda seeds) and let it soak for 30 mins, till it turns to jelly. Meanwhile, take a pan and add 2 cups of water, 1 tbsp sugar, and falooda sev, boil it for 2-3 mins. Take another pan and start boiling 4 cups of milk, keep stirring. Add 2tbsp of sugar and let the milk cool down. 

Now take 2 glasses to mix some rooh afza with sabja seed, falooda sev, and add chilled milk, stir well, and it’s all ready for you to enjoy. You can also add ice cream. 

 

  1. Watermelon Lemonade - To make watermelon lemonade just add some water, sugar, and ginger. Allow the blend to warm until the sugar disintegrates. Allow this combination to chill off at room temperature for 15-20 mins. Strain the combination to dispose of ginger strips. Take a blender, add the watermelon squares and lime juice. Mix together and add this combination to the serving glasses. Voila! 

 

  1. Cucumber Mojito - Cucumber chills off your body and re-hydrates your skin and pores, add honey and mint to assist with its cancer prevention properties. Mix the cucumbers, mint, and lime juice with cold water until smooth. Strain through a fine cross-section sifter into a tall glass with crushed ice. You can garnish it with a cut of cucumber and a branch of mint.

 

  1. Lassi - Lassi is easy to make and has a calming effect to save you from sunstrokes. Take chilled curd to a bowl. Whisk it well until smooth. Add sugar, saffron, or rosewater and little sugar. Whisk everything great. Add water or whey. Serve cold.

 

  1. Strawberry Apple Punch - Place a large portion of the strawberries and apple in the container of a blender and mix until smooth. Strain through a fine strainer into a punch bowl or serving container. Finely cleave the leftover strawberries and add them to the bowl or container. Add the lemonade juice,  water, sugar, and mint to the bowl and mix. 


 

  1. Pineapple Punch - Take some pineapple and blend them. Empty pineapple juice into a pitcher. Add frozen pineapple to keep it chilled. Add some strawberries for extra flavor. Serve that very day it's made.

 

  1. Blueberry Mojitos - Call this the mojito 2.0. This mixed drink has less lime than the standard mojito, yet compensates for it with sweet blueberries and reviving mint. All you need: 1 cup blueberry, half cup lime juice, ice, and some fresh mint leaves. Just mix them well and it’s ready.

 

  1. Sattu - This is an Indian summer drink that generally has a place with Bihar and around.  Sattu is accessible in essentially two assortments: Chana and Jaun (dark gram or maize). You can get this from the supermarket as a powder too. Take the powder and mix it with water, depending upon the thickness you want, add Gur (jaggery) and. Add some ice for extra coolness. And it’s ready to serve.

 

  1. Orange mocktail - To make Orange Mocktail, first and foremost blend the squeezed orange in with lime/lemon juice in a blending bowl. Take two glasses and put some ice in it.
