5 time saving tips for social media influencers

The simpler the things can be, the better right? While you are busy brainstorming content ideas and executing them in the next moment, it becomes crucial to manage time efficiently. And no matter how hard you try, some things just don’t add up the way you want them to.

So how do you manage your time while making sure to keep up the creativity and still manage to have the ‘me time?’

By staying disciplined and utilizing your time wisely. Here are some tips to help you align your work with time management:

  1. Plan ahead

Have a goal as to what you’d want to accomplish in the next few months or years if you want to. Just have a goal so that you can plan ahead in time.

So that you can work upon how your feed would like and generate content ideas accordingly.  Set the theme that resonates with your sight and work towards achieving it.

Planning not only gives you creative freedom but also helps you in scheduling your posts, for more time in hand.

Plan your content, your strategy, your calendar and make sure to stick to it.

  1. Focus on your social media strategy

Social media, as we know, can be one hell of a distraction. There are so many things that happen every single second that you might feel overwhelmed, and in some cases FOMO as well. But, do not let that distract your mind and become a part of the trends that do not align with your strategy and niche.

Remember, that a social media strategy will set the road map for your social media management. Having a set of goals on your mind will help you to focus your energy and time on the right tasks.

  1. Create at least 7 days’ worth of content at a time

This is how you make time for things that go viral or need immediate attention. If you already keep a lot on your plate for the day, you won’t have time for new things when they approach.

As you know that content development is a crucial task and can cost you your ‘me time,’ it’s best to have bulk posts in hand. Also, this is a great way to ensure that the set theme is being followed.

  1. Plan your captions and hashtags in advance

Captions not only validate your posts but are a great way to engage your audience. So think of the kind of posts that will be going up in the following weeks, and keep their captions and hashtags handy. Use a lot of hashtags that talk about your niche and the content type, but do not over stuff them. 15-20 is ideal for any creator.

  1. Set Aside Time to Engage

If you are someone who’s familiar with social media marketing, you’d know how crucial it is to engage with their audience’s comments. You probably want to make sure that you’re responding to every one of your followers as promptly as possible, and do not miss out on anyone’s DM. However, you may get overwhelmed trying to engage with each and every comment as soon as they get posted.

So, set aside time to engage with comments and DMs, and no matter what stay positive. Take criticism with a pinch of salt and improve in your upcoming posts.

  1. Use ‘quick reply’ feature for recurring queries

There are so many questions that keep coming your way and it might get tiring typing the same answer every time. Instead go ahead and save your replies, so that next time you are able to reply at the click of a button.

These are some ways to save time and be productive at the same time. It does require planning and efforts to be put in, but once aligned it’ll let you have free time for important things that will come your way.
