Eleştirmenler ve müzikseverler tarafından Küba müziğinin en büyük yıldızı olarak nitelendirilen, efsanevi grup Buena Vista Social Club’ın solisti Ibrahim Ferrer, 2003 yılında Buenos Hermanos turnesi kapsamında 10. İstanbul Caz Festivali’ndeydi. Harbiye Cemil Topuzlu Açık Hava Tiyatrosu’nda seyircilerin bir an bile yerinde duramadığı dans dolu geçen gecede Ferrer 3 kez bis yapıp, İstanbul’daki son konserini unutulmaz kıldı.
