Long time no see! Last video was about the album project and Kickstarter. The entire project is still in progress, slower than expected (unfortunate life events happened which had us push our deadline further) but taking some good shape! Can’t tell you more yet but, for all of you who’ve been supporting us and who are waiting for the entire thing to come out, thank you for your patience. I mean it. Meanwhile, today’s song isn’t a Japanese song but an American pop one (that time of the year when I cover an English song lol). It’s a song I’ve wanted to sing since 2014. It’s called “Love Never Felt so Good” from Michael Jackson. It was apparently a song he composed back in the 80’s but never released it (like many musicians used to do) until 2014 for his second posthumous album “Xscape”. I took the remixed “duet” version with Justin Timberlake as a reference for this cover. I grew up listening to MJ’s songs and he’s always been a great musical inspiration to me so .. in a way that’s a tribute cover to him. For the record, I discovered it while hanging out and watching TV with Anba. The song, the vibe and the clip brought back so many memories that it made me cry like a baby HAHAha … aaah nostalgia. The video was quite interesting to make. Simple mic-recording footage like last time (Shinzou wo Sasageyo), longer this time, but I had to take some time to be creative on the intro part. That’s actually the first time I had to work on some motion-graphics and it was … half hell, half super fun to do hahaha Anyways, I hope you guys will enjoy this video ! Take care ! Oh!
