낙지파전 만들기(너무나 쉽고 간단해요.) 오늘은 냉파요리를 해봤어요. 제철재료를 쌀때 조금 많이 사뒀다가 보관해서 사용하는 편이거든요. 물론 가장 신선할때가 가장 맛있긴 한데요. 이번에는 낙지를 냉동보관했다가 냉장해동시켜서 해봤어요. 낙지가 없으시다면 그냥 모듬냉동해물을 사용하시면 된답니다. 이왕이면 단품냉동제품도 더 좋긴해요. 그럼 냉파요리 낙지파전 해볼께요~ [낙지파전 재료소개-2장기준] 낙지 큰거 2마리, 쪽파 2줌 튀김가루 1컵, 부침가루 1컵, 탄산수(물), 달걀 2개 청홍고추 1개씩
