Ok I finished watching the adaptation of the cartoon "The Winx Club" and I know that many liked it, and I'm glad for you! I'm in the middle , I think it's a good start, I hope that the second season will be better, both at the level of the story writer and (most important of all) at the level of characterization of the characters!! I love this Italian cartoon because like for many of you, it was part of my childhood and for me the cartoon is something else, full of heart, emotions and true FRIENDSHIP :) I know that the target of this adaptation is the teenagers \ yong adult audience BUT this not means that we must always accept the usual clichè and the usual dynamics, ok? ;) The show has potential so I really hope that the second season has the courage to do better and to amaze (with sense) viewers of all ages ! because everyone LOVES the winx :) ------------------------------------------------------------ Regarding the relationship between Musa and Riven ... I'm sorry that Netflix didn't want to follow the cartoon, at least for this first season. Never say never, I don't know which path Netflix will take but Musa and Riven are and will forever be one of my first fictional crush of my lovely childhood. I believe their bond is special, in their good and bad times :') Riven is not bad because he is bad, he is a fragile and insecure boy, and the thing he fears most is love, is losing who he loves.
