With a voice remarkably akin to brit pop singer Will Young, Joey wrote this crossover soul gem whilst still at High School in Queens. Super soul group The Masqueraders also released the song but his 1966 blue eyed soul version for Columbia is the one that attracts the credit cards of UK soul connoiseurs. Enjoy !
