Ian's video: 70 S o The SO High Voltage - Country Road - 1972

@💣70'S ᑎoᖇTheᖇᑎ SOᑌᒪ💣 High Voltage - Country Road - 1972
Two truly dark moments in US social history… Agent Orange was a chemical defoliant containing dioxin, sprayed over the jungle of Vietnam by unprotected conscripts of the U.S. military, during a ten year period of the Vietnam War. Both Vietnamese & American children - born decades after it’s use - still battle the effects of the chemical today - including physical deformities and mental disorders. Enter Napalm.. "Napalm is the most terrible pain you can imagine," said Kim Phúc, a napalm bombing survivor, here featured as a burning, terrified running child. Water boils at 100 degrees C - Napalm generates temperatures of 800 to 1,200 degrees C... In 1972, 3 years before the war eventually passed, raw edged socially conscious soul music was telling it like it is. High Voltage contained key members from Rufus with Lalomie Washburn on lead. Lalomie passed in 2004.
