Tonite's souldie masterpiece - like so many of my favourite sides - comes from the big bad Bay Area. The wonderfully obscure San Francisco falsetto group The Fillmotions - M. Johnson, GM Ballard, G. Befford & M.Page - cut this now rare rolita in 1980 for the tiny Fillmore St. label Young Girl records. You diggin' in the crates for this one too now 'Lil Loca ? ...LOL
