ΧΡΟΝΟΣ 20 ΛΕΠΤΑ ΜΕΡΙΔΕΣ 2 ΔΥΣΚΟΛΙΑ ΕΥΚΟΛΟ ΥΛΙΚΑ 2 κούπες αλεύρι βρώμης 1 κ.σ μαύρη ζάχαρη 4 ασπράδια από μεσαία αυγά 1 μεσαίο αυγό 2 κ.γ baking powder 150 γρ μύρτιλα 120 γρ Flair Cottage Cheese Μέλι Καρύδια Βούτυρο ΕΚΤΕΛΕΣΗ Σε ένα μπολ βάζουμε όλα τα υλικά εκτός από το μέλι και τα καρύδια και ανακατεύουμε καλά. Ζεσταίνουμε ένα αντικολλητικό τηγάνι, βάζουμε λίγο βούτυρο και φτιάχνουμε τα pancakes σε ο,τι μέγεθος θέλουμε ανάλογα τον όγκο την ζύμης που θα βάλουμε. Ψήνουμε σε μέτρια φωτιά μέχρι να δούμε φουσκάλες από την μια πλευρά και μετά γυρνάμε Σερβίρουμε με μέλι και καρύδια.
