ΧΡΟΝΟΣ 10 ΛΕΠΤΑ ΜΕΡΙΔΕΣ 2 ΔΥΣΚΟΛΙΑ ΕΥΚΟΛΟ ΥΛΙΚΑ 2 τορτίγιες 30εκ 6 ασπράδια αυγών Αλάτι Πιπέρι Ελαιόλαδο 1 φρέσκο κρεμμύδι ψιλοκομμένο 8 ντοματίνια κομμένα στη μέση 200 γρ Flair Cottage Cheese 2 κ.σ αβοκάντο ψιλοκομμένο ΕΚΤΕΛΕΣΗ Σε ένα μπολ χτυπάμε καλά τα ασπράδια με αλάτι και πιπέρι. Ζεσταίνουμε ένα αντικολλητικό τηγάνι βάζουμε ελαιόλαδο και σε μέτρια θερμοκρασία σοτάρουμε το κρεμμύδι και τα ντοματίνια. Ρίχνουμε μέσα τα αυγά και ανακατεύουμε μέχρι να ψηθούν άλλα να είναι αφράτα. Ζεσταίνουμε λίγο τις τορτίγιες και τις γεμίζουμε μοιράζοντας το μείγμα με τα αυγά το τυρί και το αβοκάντο, το Flair Cottage Cheese και τον κόλιανδρο. Διπλώνουμε και σερβίρουμε.
