A tour of the old Hospital in Oakland, Ca It was deemed unusable and was planned for demolition since the 1989 Loma Prieta Earthquake. Somehow its still being used, occupied or being repaired. It was my first time ever walking around the place. I came upon it after I decided to take the stair well down to the ground level because the elevator was taking forever to come up. the stairs led outside to the opposite side of the block on 14th avenue. It was a real treat to finally see the place. The designs was really intricate and more detailed than the Vatican Church itself. But the towers overlooking the yard was really fascinating!
