La plateforme de vidéos accuse l'un de ses utilisateurs d'enfreindre les droits d'auteur d'une maison de disque dans l'une de ses créations. Problème : on y entend uniquement un ronronnement félin ....... ...... Mais la ronron-thérapie a été mal vue de YouTube, ou plutôt de Content-ID, son algorithme chargé d'identifier automatiquement les œuvres utilisées dans les vidéos, pour prévenir une éventuelle violation des droits d'auteur. Un an après sa mise en ligne, la vidéo a été signalée par la plateforme. La raison : elle diffuserait sans autorisation un morceau de musique appartenant à EMI Music Publishing et PRS, nommé « Focus ». Un constat effectué au tiers de la vidéo, qui ne fait que répéter une boucle de 12 secondes ..........
