Description: I initially set up an appointment here in December 2019, but everything that could go wrong on my part did. Thankfully, this past December 2021, I was FINALLY able to make my appointment after years of trying. Hallelujah! Lol I got the Wash & Rise service, a 2-hour appointment that includes washing, hair treatment, head massage, blow-drying, and braiding into two ponytails. I loved everything about my service. The salon was easily locatable. The environment was clean, smelled good, and the background noise of the salon consisted of blow dryers at work and soft music. This might explain why I was knocked out for the majority of my visit. My stylist was an absolute sweetheart and she was so gentle. She did not tug at my hair, pull my head in any direction, or show any sign of frustration. If you get your hair done often, then you know what I mean haha. Everyone was professional and the manager even got to styling when necessary. All hands on deck! The manager even indulged me in a mini photoshoot, hence my thumbnail. I would definitely go again and I recommend that you try it out too.
