The needles causing microscopic "injuries" to the skin causing a rush of collagen and stem cells to the surface of the skin to repair. Because of this scars and wrinkles are eliminated, and acne is healed. WARNING: Do not ever share this with anyone. It should be used on you and only you, don't even show someone how it feels. Some people believe you should only use certain products after this device because it's possible the products could enter your bloodstream. I would avoid retinols, SPF's and AHA's directly after use, but do your own research on the products you own.
