I only need a basic civil public records request. I am beyond civil even cordial some might say. when I first arrive the lady in court administration office is amazing. By the time i return she has clearly been coached and is extremely obstructive in every way possible. I even lower the camera in case she is having a bad hair day . yet she is still disrespectful and cares more about her vanity then anything, even the public she allegedly serve. Then her "BOSS" shows where the New attitude comes from. collusion much??RCW 18.185.110 Unprofessional conduct.
