-THE-1-'s video: Pasco chases disabled veteran

Pasco has their stories mixed up and don't think I can pull the audio video and put them together. They are so dumb they think they can call it something (crime) and no one will see it (Subterfuge) for the lies that it is . the keep using two simple phrases to cheat us out of our humanity. At one point you see brent standing calmly and then out of nowhere the cop reefs on his arm. this city police force has lost its soul. The whole dept. thinks its cool to retaliate over and over you see Sgt. Miller tell the officers to get me. they won't do it . the 2 officers understand that they don't have the legal right to physically detain me . Sgt. Miller comes back and was " you told him to stop right " and again the 2 officers knowing more than the Sgt, sya "no we asked him " Sht miller says "Same DIFF". Sgt. Miller lies and gets another officer to lie on his report. knowing they had no probable cause, the manufacture some full of holes story knowing that the D.A won't look into anything. They are free to chase us, to take us off the street and do as they wish.. They don't think a 7 year old could put the radio body cams together and see the truth. ALL FOR AN ILLUSION OF SAFETY ...OH by the way Supreme Court ruled the cops are not here for “safety”..
