Yoshinoya is a famous chain store in Japan. You will see the sign of Yoshinoya here and there in town. There are 1213 domestic shops! I ate the Yoshinoya Pokemon bowl! Beef bowl, Pikachu juice & a figure. I ordered extra raw egg. 紅しょうががあるんだけど、今日は、生卵で食べるから、紅しょうがなしにしましたよ。 Pickled red ginger goes well with the beef bowl. But I’m going to eat it with raw egg, so I don’t need the red ginger today. では、いただきます！ Itadakimasu! 生卵をよ〜く混ぜまーす。 Beat the raw egg. そして、牛丼にとろとろーっとかけます。 Pour raw egg on beef bowl. みなさんは、生卵、嫌いかな？ Don’t you like raw egg? 生卵とこの牛肉の甘辛の味がよく合うんです。 The taste of raw egg goes well with the beef flavored during cooking process. でも卵トロトロだから、 The are egg is so runny… 今日はスプーンを使っちゃいまーす。 I prefer a spoon to chopsticks. スプーンもあるんですよ。 They have spoons, too. 吉野家は、1899年に東京都日本橋にあった魚市場に個人商店として誕生しました。 Yoshinoya’s roots date back to 1899 when a family-run shop opened in the fish market that existed in Nihonbashi, Tokyo. 創業以来、うまい、安い、早い　をモットーにして、商品とサービスを提供し続けてきました。 Since that time, Yoshinoya has worked to hone its capabilities around its motto of providing ‘tasty, cheap and fast’ goods and services. セルフサービス型のうどん店「はなまる」やお持ち帰り寿司の「京樽」は吉野家のグループ会社です。 Hanamaru which is a self-service udon noodle shop and Kyotaru which is a take-out sushi shops are the group company of Yoshinoya. 2020年8月の時点で、国内の吉野家が1213店舗。海外に933店舗。はなまるや京樽も合わせた店舗数は3248店もあるそうです。 There are 1213 Yoshinoya domestic shops and 933 overseas shops.
