Takasugi-an, Japan Terunobu Fujimori is a Japanese architect and architectural historian. This structure is a tea house in Nagano that was designed by an architect for his own use. Built and attached at the top of two chestnut trees, this is a single room made of plaster and bamboo. What makes it dangerous, perhaps, is the way it can be enjoyed since access is via a free standing ladder that must be supported by the trunk as a person climbs up. Number 9.
