Mumbai special Everest Pav Bhaji!! Full Recipe:- 2 tbsp. Oil 30 grm. Butter🧈 1/2 tsp. Zeera 1 tbsp. Ginger garlic paste🧄 1 large chopped onion🧅 2 chopped tomato🍅 1 tbsp. Everest pav bhaji masala 1 tsp. Everest kashmiri lal mirch 🌶️ Salt to taste 1 boiled potato 🥔 1 finely chopped shimla mirch 🫑 2 tbsp. Boiled hari matar 200 Ml. Water Finely chopped hara dhaniya 1tsp. Garlic, red chilli, salt paste Method:- Heat a pan Add 2 tbsp oil when it starts heating put 10 grm. Butter 🧈 when it melt down put 1/2 tsp. Zeera when it starts crackling 1 tbsp. Ginger garlic paste 🧄 put 1 large chopped onion 🧅 and when it gets softer add 2 chopped tomato 🍅, 1 tbsp. Everest pav bhaji masala, 1 tsp. Everest kashmiri lal mirch🌶️, salt to taste mix well and cover the lid and let it cook until tomato 🍅 get soften , open the lid mash the tomatoes, Now add 1 boiled mashed potato🥔, 1 finely chopped shimla mirch 🫑, 2 tbsp. Boiled hari matar, Now in between the gravy put 100 ml of water and cook on medium flame mix it well, and mash all the veggies nicely, Now add 100 Ml water again and let it cook for 2 min. Garnish with finely chopped hara dhaniya, now heat a pan add 10 grm. Of butter, add garlic, red chilli, salt paste and finely chopped hara dhaniya fry the pavs in it and Serve!!!
