Here you have the fuel consumption (fuel economy) of Peugeot 508 SW BlueHDi 180 EAT8 2020 with 2.0 l R4 turbo diesel engine (130 kW, 177 HP, 400 Nm, FWD, 8-speed automatic gearbox in a city, highway and autobahn, motorway, freeway, highway. Results: eco city: 6.2 l/100 km (37.9 / 45.6 mpg US/UK) 90 km/h (56 mph): 4.8 l/100 km (49.0 / 58.9 mpg US/UK) 120 km/h (75 mph): 6.2 l/100 km (37.9 / 45.6 mpg US/UK) 140 km/h (87 mph): 7.7 l/100 km (30.6 / 36.7 mpg US/UK) v. fast driving: ~10 l/100 km (~24 / ~28 mpg US/UK) As always, I checked real fuel consumption on a petrol station. I noticed 1% difference: computer shows higher by ~1% fuel consumption comparing to what I refueled. Procedure: I drive 33 km in both ways on a highway/motorway (16.5 in each direction). Energy consumption/economy in a city is measured in real-life traffic in Warsaw (Poland) in similar conditions: the same amount of heavy traffic, light traffic and quite similar average speed.
