Eulia Moon was shot and killed by her boyfriend during an argument in his vehicle. Jamie Robinson of Lady's Island, S.C., at first claimed he was robbed and Moon shot by an unknown assailant. When investigators disproved that story, he claimed the shooting was an accident. Kimberly Smith of the 14th Circuit Solicitor's Office prosecutes the case. What will the jury believe?
