While I was in Misano for the Italian round of the 2018 DTM championship my friends @davide458italia, @Italiansupercarvideo and I recorded also the brief, yet interesting, part of the schedule reserved to practice starts. At the end of the two practice sessions, drivers had a couple of minutes to place themselves on the starting grid and trying the race start procedure. In order to complete and slightly enrich the video, I added the 'boring' stuffs like cars exiting and entering the pits and some lovely 'engines turn off' clips, with loud pops and bangs, before being pushed inside their respective garages.
