My business class flight with Finnair on their A350 from Helsinki to Bangkok. After boarding the plane on time for the 9 hour non stop flight to BKK we were informed that the plane had some technical issues which delayed us over an hour. The seat 1A was really uncomfortable as it felt lumpy on the bum. Once the seat was put in the lie flat position it was hard to make out anything on the tv screen. I would say row one is a bad row as papers during night flights and snacks and drinks during day flights were placed on the extra flat space provided by the extended front part of the reversed herringbone seat meant that some fellow passengers would stand just in front making these seats not so private. PTV and IFE was very responsive with no lag at all, everything worked touch screen. Film choice was not as good as your middle east airlines but i found the film choice was decent enough. Meals where all very tasty. Bathroom/WC was on the small side. Flight attendants were all really friendly and professional. My return flight to Helsinki was absolutely perfect.
