Each year, the National Capital Commission (NCC) hosts a winter festival in Ottawa, Canada, entitled Winterlude/Bal De Neige. The annual festival boasts the world's largest skating rink, an ice sculpture competition, and North America's largest snow playground. This timelapse film was designed to capture the essence of the 35th annual Crystal Garden Winterlude experience. I sincerely hope that you enjoy this short glimpse of the festival!
