2009JoRose's video: Crimson Moon - Penny Part 1

Wooo, I'm finally finished XD This took me forever to edit but I'm really proud of a lot of the things that I was able to do for this video. Some of the backgrounds are not mine and belong to other members of the contest so everyone should definitely go and check out all the other amazing editors that are a part of this. Storyline: Grandma Fa turns over a card. It shows a picture of a wolf cub and all of Penny’s missing memories come flashing back. Her brother snuck out to the woods one night to meet with his girlfriend so she went looking for him. When she was searching in the woods she got caught in one of Selenia’s bear traps and started to bleed out. Jay finds in the woods on a late night walk and turns her. He later tries to talk to her about her becoming a werewolf but she refuses to see him. Penny refuses to believe what Grandma Fa is telling her so she throws a fit and storms out. At the festival Penny is spending time with her family. Nate comes up to Penny asking her where his wife is and Penny tells him that she has no idea. He keeps insisting that she must so she reminds him that his daughter could overhear their conversation and that it includes information that he doesn’t want her to know. He walks off and Milo comes over. He asks Penny if she will talk to him in private, she is hesitant to go but her sister’s insist that she should talk to him. Before she can respond she hears Danny yelling and spots him swinging from the Sheriff. Penny runs over to get him to stop and realises she can leave the kids with him and go and talk to Milo. Without waiting for a response she hands him all of the children and follows Milo outside. Milo leads Penny through the woods and takes her to a clearing where the rest of the werewolves are. They proceed to have a meeting but Penny doesn’t hear much about what is going on as she is too busy freaking out. Milo comforts her after the meeting as he can see that she’s upset. When she returns to the party she runs in Devon and the two of them flirt a little before she is dragged off by her family. Her sister’s are less than happy that Penny is talking to another man that isn’t Milo. They continue to enjoy the party when a scream is heard throughout town hall. Alice runs off to investigate and Penny runs after her to stop her. She is too late as Alice comes across the body of Clayton which has been discovered by Paige. Penny takes her family home and they begin to speculate about what happened to Clayton. Penny who is highly upset about all the things that have happened to her that day gets angry when her siblings start to talk about the possibility of werewolves. She yells at her family and storms upstairs where she has a breakdown. Her emotions are so high that she begins to transform for the first time which of course makes her freak out. Her brother Danny comes knocking at her door which causes her to calm down enough to stay human. He tells her that he is scared and asks to sleep in her room that night. Slowly all of her siblings join them throughout the night. At the trial the next day Odette is found guilty and is executed. After the werewolves meet for a second time Penny goes to see Jay and asks him to teach her. The blood moon begins to rise.
