269 Life's video: survivors: Luna and Diana June 2014

June 2014 .Luna, was abandoned in the middle of a field. She was found dehydrated and in addition she refused to eat for almost a week ,We had low hopes for the survival of Luna and it seemed as if she has given up. .Luckily another calf was found on a highway a few weeks prior That calf was named Diana and unlike Luna, she was very outgoing, craved attention and drank bottled milk with great appetite. As a last resort we decided to unite Luna and Diana in the hopes that Diana may encourages Luna to start eating. What we witnessed was beyond what we have expected. On the first night together the 2 cuddled each other to sleep. Luna started to come out of her shell and with Diana as a roll model, she at last started eating. We managed to find a good home for the 2 since separating them was no longer an option. The new home was a successes and they even made friends with the house cat a dogs!
