Here we go guys! Work out number 28! Today we're bringing a banger of a BODYWEIGHT WORKOUT! Make sure to spend some time warming up properly and deciding what movements to scale if any. Listen carefully to movement standards in the explanation in the beginning of the video. WORKOUT: Gymnastic Complex: 2 x Jumping lunges 1 x Air squat 1 x Nurpee All these 4 reps are turned into 1 reps as a complex in the workout. We have 3 difficulties today: A. 80 reps for time B. 100 reps for time C. 120 reps for time TIME CAP: 17 minutes.
