You can get downloadable picture styles for your dslr. The one used in this video is actually called Cinestyle and was a really flat image before, meaning the darks were brightened and the whites were dimmed. This is to get full dynamic range and then color grade it afterwards. This was also shot with the ef-s 18-55mm IS II kit lens.
