Bike touring is not just about cycling ! Here are 7 easy steps to make your own coconut milk at home. It's a very easy and satisfying recipe. Hope you enjoy it ... A LOT ! We used ours for cooking amazing curries and other Asian dishes but loved it with coffee (we callled this Coco-Feefee). We started making ours while stuck in Thailand at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic. This really helped us to pass time and made our lockdown memorable and fun !
