Stampede City Stringer's video: RAW Video - Fatal LODD RCMP Involved Crash - Langford BC

April 5th, 2016, 3:30am - Westshore RCMP Constable Sarah Beckett died shortly after being involved in a collision with a pickup truck. There are reports that the truck was traveling at a high rate of speed with no lights on just prior to colliding with Cst. Beckett's police car. She was extricated from her vehicle by other officers and was transported to hospital within minutes of the crash. Cst. Beckett leaves behind a husband and two young children, a GoFundMe page has been set up where you can make donations to help the family during this difficult time: https://www.gofundme.com/6dx5hybw.
