Now my new job is making mention of a dislike for braids as well. Braids are predominantly worn by Black people no matter where they come from. Africans wear braids in Africa. Is it racist to ban a "group of hairstyles" that are associated with a specific race? I think so. What do you think? Is this Black/Natural hair discrimination?
