Mountainstar's video: A Bothy Odyssey: Part 1: Welsh MBA Bothys

This is the first of a series of photographic videos of my Bothy adventures. It all started in Culra Bothy in the Central Highlands in August 1993. I was bagging Munro’s at the time, Culra was a convenient place to spend the night after a long walk in and 2 big day walks to climb the 6 mountains nearby. That was the start to my love affair with Bothy’s and Bothy nights by the fire. I’ve since had around 474 Bothy nights in 178 different Bothys. Plus visited 119 others (Bothys, shooting huts, rough/emergency shelters and Howff’s) That’s a total of 306 to date. There’s only several more that I know of that I still want to visit or check out.
