Mark Pottebaum graduated Summa Cum Laude from Lehigh University with degrees in Finance and Accounting. He started his profession with KPMG, followed by a successful career leading finance organizations through significant growth and transformation. While these corporate beginnings seem like an unlikely start for a custom home builder and developer, it’s lent itself to creating a sophisticated, innovative, process-driven, progressively technical organization in an otherwise antiquated industry! Evolving a lifelong hobby of construction into a business is no easy task, but Mark has been able to create a one-of-a-kind residential home building process by emulating corporate strategies, structured procedures, research to ensure best-in-class building techniques, and innovative products with real-time customer engagement communication tools for the planning and building process. Who knew home building could be so sophisticated? Mark’s passion for building, creating, education, corporate experiences, plus love of the tri-state have led Redknot Homes to become Cincinnati’s fastest-growing LEED-certified builder. When he doesn’t have his hardhat on, Mark is a loving husband and father to three beautiful children.
