A Foreign Affair Live Web Cast's video: Why Men Choose International Dating

With the many societal changes that Western men have been met with over the last 25 years, many have checked out of the domestic dating scene in favor of foreign women. Because of the advancements in technology over the same span of years, men living in Western countries can directly communicate with foreign women as if they were in the same zip code. International dating sites specializing in matchmaking have assisted men and women in meeting for nearly as long as the internet has been in use. A Foreign Affair CEO John Adams asked his viewers why they've chosen to date internationally rather than domestically in this recent webcast. Many of the men shared similar reasons for their switch to dating foreign women, while others provided many surprising answers. Despite being considered among the wealthiest and most advanced societies, dating in the West has become difficult for many men who seek traditionally feminine women. As Western women have become more focused on building a career or obtaining advanced educations, some men have found themselves in competition with their significant other, which does not appeal to many men. Rather than adopting a MGTOW / Red Pill mindset, many Western men begin looking beyond their borders for romantic possibilities. As the MGTOW / Red Pill mindsets have developed as a response to feminism in the West, so has the rise of international dating and marriage. This has been true for men and women alike. Television shows like 90 Day Fiance have popularized the idea of dating abroad. Despite the lightly scripted nature of reality television, 90 Day Fiance has shown men and women that there are other options outside of their countries. International dating and travel has opened up Western men to the possibilities that await with foreign women. Prevalent in countries like Ukraine, Colombia, Thailand, China, Peru, Costa Rica and Russia - these international courtships also provide foreign women with the opportunity to meet good marriage minded men. Most of the countries mentioned above have a level of toxic masculinity that leads to both physical and emotional abuse in domestic marriages and relationships. This has led many women from these countries to consider dating men from the West.
