So as some people are aware i have haven't uploaded for a few weeks and there have been a few reasons, both health and also the negative comments some YouTube Keyboard warriors decided to make. No body knows the battles each person faces, some like me struggle with confidence, which to some as i am a bodybuilder seems strange. But some people seem to make it their life worth to leave hurtful comment and put others down, if i have learnt one thing in life is that nobody knows what each of us face in our lives, so before leaving rude and unhelpful comment, think about what you are writing and if you want to leave a comment, make it constructive! Also for those that know me, or have taken the time to message and reach out. I have had some health issue. I had a suspected herniated disc in my spine. I have seen a few people for treatment and also been going for oxygen therapy. Recently how ever i have been to see a chiropractor and he has really helped. I am now sleeping and walking better, so fingers crossed this is the road to recovery, as when i first saw him he talked about if this doesn't work i may need surgery yikes :( As i have mentioned before this channel was started for me to track my journey and progress in this art form, and some how i have managed to pick up a few people that watch what i make, so to you i thank you. This channel has actually made a difference in my life in a positive way and it has helped me to find a little confidence and a voice.
