The "Man of Steel" teaser trailer was released online 5 days ago. I loved what I saw from it and I didn't mind the LOTR music used at all. I've seen several edits made to the music using the classic John Williams score from "Superman: The Movie". The track chosen was almost always "The Planet Krypton" which is the same track used for the "Superman Returns" teaser. I just didn't think the music fit with the tone of the trailer. But John Williams' score for Superman extends beyond just that piece of music. There are other tracks that I believe work with the trailer. And so I've taken it upon myself to use the track called "Leaving Home" for this edit. I thought it fit perfectly and it suits the tone of the trailer more with Jonathan Kent's narration.
