One of the most interesting aspects of the Halo Universe is the formation of the Covenant and how their entire religion was built on a conspiracy by the Prophets Truth, Mercy, and Regret to suppress that humanity are Forerunner relics destined to reclaim Forerunner artifacts and ultimately the Mantle of Responsibility. After learning this truth, and after a lot of blackmailing, Truth, Regret, and Mercy take mantle of hierarchs. In this series, I will be detailing the rise of the Prophets and how it was all built on a lie.
