Amazon UK - https://amzn.to/3p3I3B3 Amazon US - https://amzn.to/3sKAOAj The Nespresso Barista Recipe Maker is different to the Aeroccino 3 and Aeroccino 4 as it has been designed for adding other ingredients into the milk jug. Here’s a link to the Barista Recipe Maker on the Nespresso website - https://www.nespresso.com/uk/en/order/machines/original/barista-milk-frother Just add 140 to 150ml of milk to your frother - we used semi-skimmed half fat milk but you could use skimmed or full fat to suit your taste. Add a small teaspoon full or 1-2 grams of Matcha powder into the Barista Recipe Maker and wait for the milk to froth. We also used honey instead of sugar as a sweetener, as we preferred the taste and thought it may keep it a more healthy drink recipe. We used the Latte Macchiato setting as we were hoping to get more froth than we did with the Cappuccino setting. The Matcha powder does seem to negatively impact on how much froth is produced, though. It still does a nice Matcha Latte though and you could also try using the latte art setting. If you don't have a Barista Recipe Maker then you could make a matcha drink using Nespresso compatible Matcha pods.
