how to make smoky noodles at home सामग्री: नूडल्स प्याज शिमला मिर्च विनेगर सोया सॉस रेड चिली सॉस ग्रीन चिली सॉस नमक कोयला का टुकड़ा देसी घी विधि: स्मोकी नूडल्स बनाने के लिए सबसे पहले नूडल्स को गर्म पानी में २ मिनट के लिए उबाल लेंगे उसके बाद एक छन्नी की सहायता से सारा पानी निकाल देंगे और नूडल्स को ठंडा होने के लिए रख देंगे फिर उसमें सोया सॉस डालकर मिक्स कर देंगे। अब एक कड़ाई में थोड़ा सा तेल डालेंगे और उसमें लम्बा कटा प्याज और शिमला मिर्च डालकर कुछ सेकंड के लिए फ्राई करेंगे फिर उसमें उबले हुए नूडल्स डाल देंगे और साथ में रेड चिली सॉस,ग्रीन चिली सॉस और नमक डालकर कुछ सेकंड के लिए फ्राई कर लेंगे। अब कोयले के टुकड़े को गैस पर गर्म करेंगे और फिर एक कटोरी में इस टुकड़े को रखकर कर जिस कड़ाई में नूडल्स रखे हुए हैं उसके बीच में रख देंगे और गर्म कोयले के टुकड़े पर देसी घी डालकर तुरंत कड़ाई को ढक्कन से बंद कर देंगे और ७-८ मिनट के बाद कड़ाई का ढक्कन खोल देंगे। स्मोकी नूडल्स बनकर तैयार है। Method: To make Smoky Noodles, first boil the noodles in hot water for 2 minutes, after that remove all the water with the help of a sieve and keep the noodles to cool down then add soy sauce to it and mix.
