I pushed back the official date whereby the public can virtually download this song to January 5th, 2021 BUT you can reserve your download now (click here; https://distrokid.com/hyperfollow/abb... ) OR you can do so upon the official release date… The Backstory On This Project… Although this is not my first time producing original musical content, I will share some interesting revelations and several other ‘firsts’, as it relates to what is my most ambitious independently produced creations to date! I had begun meticulously piecing this body of work together around the initial phases of this ‘global pandemic’ lockdown. Ironically, I had planned on recording this project by way of the standard recording studio, along with partnerships that I had formed years before but of course, this plan was no longer likely due to the ‘shutdown’ of ‘non-essential’ business. Postponing this project in the midst of all the global chaos and mayhem was not an option. My dreams were becoming more intense with musical compositions ideas and visions. It was noticeably clear to me - how important it was/is for me to at least get the bulk of this music completed before the close of 2020. Therefore, I had begun looking for ways to ‘get the job done’ accordingly! I had begun taking every facet of this production into my own hands. My first move; invest in a virtual recording studio… Then, I ordered the appropriate recording hardware and step by step, I had begun studying, practicing, and teaching myself how to be my own recording mixer and engineer. From there, I had begun meticulously seeking out the right ‘live session musicians,’ via fiverr.com - an online business, whereby skillful independent contractors and entrepreneurs form a wide variety of expertise and skillset, can be hired to virtually produce a product or service of your choosing. The first single ‘So Strong Inside of Me’, which was originally written and recorded as a demo, (Title was; Greatest Part of Me) in 2007… I even used a snippet of the aforementioned demo years ago in a YouTube video; (check out that version here; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_arSo... ) but I put the song on the shelf because the release of a song about ‘all things astral projection’ and ‘out of body experiences’, just didn’t feel right at the time. And although I loved the background track, produced by a longtime friend and business acquaintance, Phil Wilson of Phil Roc Recordings, I did not feel it was the right soundtrack for the message. This all changed when I had begun putting together this project! I literally stripped the background track and rebuilt it with my own musical interpretation, and I modified the hook a bit and there you have it! This song ‘So Strong Inside of Me’ is the very first release and the very first song that I completed out of all the songs to be released soon… Thus, making this song and all of the others, my very first independently engineered, recorded, mixed, and Executively produced ‘virtual’ musical project. Anyone who produces music knows how many very long hours and hard work is involved and this is all the more reason why I am very proud of this feat and accomplishment – for it has opened me up to a whole new realm of realizations and possibilities. I am sharing this backstory to first inspire you – that no matter what is going on around you if there’s something that you want or ‘need’ to do, let no person or circumstance STOP YOU! Secondly, know that if you have your right mind, health and strength, and energy – it is NEVER too late to manifest a goal or dream!
