LIPIDOGRAM (Lipid Profile) 2. LIVER FUNCTION TESTS (SGOT , SGPT) 3. BLOOD SUGAR TEST (Fasted and Post Prandial) 4. Vitamin D3 and Vitamin B12 (In case of deficiency start supplementing on doctor's recommendation) 5. THYROID TEST (TSH , T3, T4) 6. URIC ACID This is the Episode 2 of Student Transformation Plan. In this video we will discuss about the 5 most important steps that students need to follow before even starting with the student gym workout and student workout diet. Many people miss on the planning part before starting their transformation which leads them to not getting results from their diet and workout plan. These 5 steps are: 1. Knowing your WHY ? What is the reason you are starting this transformation. Remember almost 95% students do not reach their fitness and physique goals because they do not have a specific goal in mind. Before doing anything , write down that goal and let Law of Attraction help you in achieving it. 2. Having a DEADLINE : You need to have a fixed deadline and need to decide exactly when you re going to start and on which date you are going to end. You are going under a very intense process of not just physical transformation but transforming yourself to become a stronger and better individual too. Set a final date, write it down, remind yourself every single day and go all in till that date. 3. Blood Reports : Many students might want to skip this but if you are really serious of getting 100% out of this plan, I highly recommend you get your blood tests done and figure out if there are any deficiencies or abnormalities in your blood work and start supplementing immediately to function at your best for this transformation series. 4. Past Medical History : Before starting any transformation plan its extremely important to check with your physiotherapist or your family doctor if you have any pre existing condition or medication or injury that can interfere during this transformation plan. You must write down all the workouts in your journal and the number of reps, sets and weight you lifted. By doing this you'll know how much weight you lift last week and how much increase in weight you need to have in the next workout. This will help you to do progressive overload with success and help you get leaner, stronger and fitter.
