In this workout we'll be targeting the major pulling movements which are going to target the following muscle groups - Upper back, Trapezius, Middle Back, lats, Lower back, Hamstrings, Glutes, Abs and Forearms. In this Pull Workout Routine we will all be including the Legs exercises This is the best way to train for maximum muscle growth since you will be able to do a decent amount of workout volume in a short period of time and increase the frequency of hitting each muscle group in a single week. Also we will be hitting all three ranges of reps 6-8 reps, 10-12 reps and 12-15 reps which means we will gain strength, build muscle and also target isolation movements for accessory work and endurance.
