It takes a lot of commitment, discipline , patience , dedication and sacrifice to transform your body naturally. When you are transforming your body for the first time it can look like an uphill battle and majority of people usually give up within the first month of their body transformation. In this video I am sharing my top 5 secrets or 5 biggest mistakes that most people make for natural body transformation. All these tips and secrets to transform your body naturally come from my experience as a coach and after years of going through several body transformations myself. Whether it’s muscle building , fat loss , body recomposition or strength gain goal these top 5 body transformation tips will help you reach your goals faster. 1. Not Having a Fixed Deadline - In order to stay disciplined to your goal you must know what are you aiming for. In body transformation you must have a fixed goal to be achieved in a fixed amount of time otherwise you will slack off with your muscle building and fat loss goals. 2. Blood Work - The transformation begins firstly from inside. Before you start any transformation it is extremely important to know what exactly is happening in your body. You must be aware of all the deficiencies like vitamin D , vitamin B12 , Magnesium , zinc , calcium , sodium , Pottasium etc and also any anomalies like thyroid , blood sugar problems , liver profile , kidney profile , uric acid etc in your body because if you start your transformation without fixing these issues your results will be slower and you won’t be able to get proper results. So always get your blood tests done and fix these issues through supplementation or medication before you start your body transformation. 3. Not Journaling Workouts and Diet - Imagine you go in the gym and you don’t remember what exercises you did last week or how much weight you lifted last week, then how will you be able to track your transformation progress. Same thing applies to your diet . If you are not recording what foods are you eating and I. what quantity are you eating them how will you know how many calories do you need to build muscle or lose fat or for transforming your body. So it is important to record your workouts and diet. 4. Being Too Hard on Yourself - Whether your goal is to lose fat fats or to build muscle fast or to lose fat and build muscle at the same time, it is extremely important that you enjoy the process. Life is not perfect and there can be days when you cannot follow your diet and workout plan completely. You might miss a workout here and there or might miss a meal or might eat a cheat meal. It alright . Do not feel guilty . Try to stay 80% disciplined and keep that 20% to relax yourself . If you missed something then just get back on track and put in extra effort in your next workout, if you skipped a meal make sure to eat a bit more next day, if you cheated then just reduce the quantity of your food next day. 5. Stop comparing to others - Now you see a lot transformations on social media. Social media definitely inspires us to transform but it also put unrealistic expectations of transforming our body’s in unrealistic time. Never compare yourself to others. Compare yourself to yourself . Focus on your own progress. No matter how slow or fast it is always strive to become better, stronger , muscular , vascular and low body fat at your own pace. Focusing on your own goals will keep you happy during your transformation and help you enjoy the process.
