AFire Media's video: Exploring Abandoned Country Resort

Doing some urban exploration at an abandoned waterside resort in the countryside. The resort was a collection of five buildings in various conditions. The first building was in very poor shape and was slowly being eroded by the wind and waves of the large body of water it resides on. A couple of the buildings were dedicated to small cottage rooms which still had most all of the fixtures and furniture. One of the largest buildings was a sort of community living and eating area. With the kitchen still having all of the equipment on-hand, it was clear it was intended for preparing high-end meals to visiting guests. The guest area included a large fireplace and again much of the original furniture remained behind. A large house towards the front of the property was securely sealed and offered no way of getting in. But the small sunroom was widely open and amazingly in good shape considering it's exposure to the elements year round. The sunroom also included many original pieces of furniture which also withstood the elements better than expected. Overall a neat abandoned place to explore and a glimpse back into another time.
