@Massanutten Resort webcam - UFO, Ghost Light, Orb?

On Friday May, 24th 2013, a little after midnight, I was watching the tube park webcam to see if I could see any Lightning in the distance. Storms had come through earlier. I notice a white light moving slowing up. I didn't think nothing of it at the time. After 4 minutes of seeing it move slowly up, it seemed odd to me. So I turned on FRAPS and started to record it. When I first saw the light it was below the mountain line. So it was within the Valley. There is no Airport in that direction. A Helicopter would have been moving faster.
