Track Delivery option in Cpanel How to check from Cpanel, that emails are receiving to our account. How to check from Cpanel, that emails are sent successfully to recipients. Tracking Email Delivery : 1. Log into your cPanel. 2. Click the Track Delivery link in the Email section. 3. To search for a specific address, enter the Recipient Email then click the Run Report button. 4. You will see the emails listed. Check the boxes to show successes, show deferred, show failures, or show in-progress emails. 5. Next to the email, click the blue button under Actions to view information about the email transmission. You will then see Delivery Events Details for that specific email. It will list the event, user, Domain, From Address, Sender, sent time, sender host, sender IP, Authentication, Spam Score, Recipient, Delivery user, delivery domain, delivered to, router, Transport, out time, ID, delivery host, delivery IP, size, and result. 6. You can then click the Print or Close button. Event — An icon that indicates the message’s delivery status: Success — The system successfully delivered the message. Unknown — The message’s status is unknown, or delivery is in progress. Deferred — The system deferred the message. Error — The message encountered a delivery error. Archived — The system archived the message. For more information, read Archive documentation. Rejected — The system rejected and discarded the message at SMTP time. This typically occurs because the sender’s server does not use a secure configuration or appears on a Real-time Blackhole List (RBL). Filtered — The mail server accepted the message but did not deliver the message to the recipient’s inbox. This typically occurs because spam software filtered the message. From Address — The email address on your system that sent the message. Sender — The sender’s cPanel username. Sent Time — The date and time when the user sent the message. Spam Score — The message’s Apache SpamAssassin™ score. Recipient — The email address to which the user sent the message. Result — A message that describes the delivery results. Actions — Click the information icon (Info) to view and print information about the selected message. This information includes information such as a message’s sender, recipient, and username. The system retains this data for the number of days that your hosting provider specifies for the interval, in days.
