Aligarh’s statue-making industry is famous for making and polishing brass statues of Hindu Gods and Goddesses. However, during the Covid-19 pandemic, the industry remained stagnant because of getting less business due to nationwide lockdown. Now, with the country returning back to normal, the industry has started regaining business. The industry employs both Hindus and Muslims who work tirelessly without any discrimination to construct these beautiful brass statues as well as a colourful picture of unified India.
